We maintain a very narrow stock and the majority of our pieces are made to order - sustainability is important to us to so we are trying our best to not waste fabrics or create excess stock . Among our other sustainability efforts we use only deadstock and previously existing fabrics, and do not include hang tags or printed invoices in shipments.
We try to make and ship out all pieces within 20 days. If it says that we are sold out of the piece and size you want, email us and we might be able to specially make one for you!
What currency are your prices in?
All prices displayed are in US dollars (USD).
You will receive an automated confirmation email after your order has been submitted, and a second automated email containing tracking information once your order has shipped. If you do not see these confirmation emails in your inbox, try checking your spam or trash folder. All automated confirmation emails will be sent to the email address provided on the order. Note that email addresses cannot be modified once the order has been submitted.
What if I need to change or cancel my order?
Once an order is placed, we’re unable to make any changes. If you do need us to cancel an order, please reach out to email@example.com with your request and order number.
How can I edit my shipping address?

What is your online return policy?
For online orders, we accept returns of skirts, tops and dresses in new condition for refund, size exchange or store credit. We do not accept returns on bodysuits.
Returns must be received at our LA offices within 14 days from the original ship date. If received after 14 days, the return will be reshipped to the customer. All shipping costs are nonrefundable. Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment within 14 days of return receipt.
Lady reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who misuses or abuses of our return policies.
All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
What if I need to exchange something for a different size or color?
Please email email@example.com to request an exchange for a different size or color. Shipping will need to be paid for all exchanges.

How much does shipping cost in the U.S.?
Shipping is based on weight. You can choose between USPS, FedEx and UPS at the checkout and your shipping total will be tallied then. Please contact us if you would like to add a required signature to your delivery.
How fast is your shipping?
We want you to get your purchases on time! Be sure to select your shipping options with care. We are a small business so we try to ship all orders within 20 days from our Los Angeles office, pending availability and credit verification. Once your order is shipped, we estimate with priority shipping that you will receive your order within 2-4 business days of its ship date if you are located within the continental U.S., or 1-2 weeks if you are located in Hawaii or Alaska. If you are heading to a party or need to catch a plane, please choose an expedited shipping option and let us know so that we can make sure your purchases arrive on time.
Do you offer overnight shipping?
We offer overnight shipping for orders within the U.S. The cost of overnight shipping is nonrefundable. We usually do not ship on the weekend, so orders received on Saturday or Sunday will be sent out on Monday - though email us if there is an emergency and we will see what we can do!
Do you offer international shipping?
At the moment we are setting up a system for international shipping - currently we ship to the United Kingdom, Germany, Sweden, Australia, New Zealand and the United Arab Emirates. In the meantime, please email us at email@example.com to discuss and we will help facilitate international orders.
All international packages can potentially incur charges upon their arrival in the destination country and those charges are solely determined by the arrival countries customs authorities. We cannot predict the amount of duties and taxes charged when using standard shipping. If you have other questions regarding duties and taxes in your country, please contact your local customs office.
Lost or Stolen packages:
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you have not received it, please contact Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org. Note: we do not take responsibility for lost/missing packages that show successful delivery to the order address.
Incorrect or Damaged orders:
In the unlikely event that your order is processed incorrectly or your item(s) arrived damaged, please email us as soon as possible at email@example.com to let us know. We ask that you send over photos of the incorrect/damaged merchandise for our reference.
